i use the traktor scratch pro on mac os x and i have many playlists with a lot of mp3 tracks (12000) all tracks is analyzed (async) with this version of traktor.
now i want to work with traktor scratch pro 2.0.1 what can i do to have all my song analyzed.. ? its too many songs to analyze again and need a couple of days to do that.. it exists some way to copy some files from traktor pro 1 to the folder of traktor pro 2 with the data of the analyzed songs? or did you know some other method to do that?

As mentionned in chapter 2.3 of the Traktor user manual, you will have reanalyse your database because of the changes in database.
As suggested, you may preferably do this in multple smaller groups of files, overnight.
I read this in user manual and i hoped if this can be with another method ''off the book'' to avoid the re-analyze..
