i have a hercules dj console rmx and i am using macbook pro, which has leopard on it.
so i installed both, virtual dj and the driver, but my console just wasnt getting reconized. the led lights on the console keept blinking. i called the tech support and they said i should download and install the new driver, so i did dat.. but that didnt work eather.
i also tried on my pc ( windows vista ultimate) and same problem here too, the console just wouldnt be reconized. i tried both the old and the new driver but it still wouldnt work
what should i do??
can you post the following following informations, with the console connected to the computer:
1) open the rmx control panel using the icon located on your desktop
select the about tab, what information do you have?
2) open applications> hercules > dj series > updater > manual_update
what information do you have in the window that appears ?

i removed all the drivers and software and tried to reinstall eveything but now when i am installing the driver, there is a part where it is asking me to "plug in all the hercules console i want to install" when i plug in my rmx.. nothing happes. my computer doesnt doesnt reconize it at all. the lights would just keep blinking ;(
