i just got my hercules, and i got the software downloaded and i needed to put in a serial number and it didnt work.
please help, thanks.

Could you be a little more specific about what didn't work ?
Do you get an error message ? If so what does it say ?

| I said it was invailed serial nummer, and i just got it, tryed with and without the bindings to the numbers and letters. |
