no audio outputs on master and headphones rmx2

hi everyone, 
i have an rmx2, virtual djle and djuced40°, both give me the same problem: no audio outputs. i have the last version of djuced, i have downloaded the last drivers version and reinstalled everythings three times.. but same problem!
what could it be?

ho un rmx2, virtual djle e djuced40 °, entrambi mi danno lo stesso problema: nessuna uscita audio. ho lultima versione di djuced, ho scaricato lultima versione dei driver e reistallato tutto tre volte .. ma lo stesso problema! cosa potrebbe essere? grazie!
