i just got the hercules dj console rmx and am having trouble getting any audio from my speakers. the console controls virtual dj without a problem and i have speakers connected with an rca cable through output 1-2, but theres no sound when i push play. anybody know if im missing a step here?

Are you using amplified speakers (like regular PC speakers) ?
