no sound on speakers

im connecting my ev zlx "15" speakers to my hercules rmx2 console and the only sound i can produce is faint at best, my head phone connection works great and the console is fuctioing well, the issue is no sound. at the moment im using virutal dj and i gone through mutplie confirguations to fix the issue, still no luck, all help will be appricted.
