We might be able to give you tips but first tell us more about the issue you have with the unit and what kind of troubleshooting you have done with it.
You are using the device on a Mac or a PC? Did you install the software for the unit using the CD? Where do you have the speakers and the headphones connected? What settings do you have in the Djuced software? Have you checked them?
hi , im having the same problem , i work in a mac Os Version 10.6.8 and it says that device is not detected , that is going to run the demo version of the Djuced 18 for 30 min .¿what need to do?
DJUCED will work in Demo mode only if the DJ controller is not connected to the computer or if it is not installed
properly.
First, be sure to install the latest drivers availabe from the support site:

Sctrictly follow these instructions to proceed with the installation:

Are you talking about the audio or MIDI device ?
Does it appear in System Profiler ?
