noise on ampliefier

i have this problem: when i connect my new jogvision to pc to the amplifier , the sound is noisy. also in the headphone.

how can i solve?

When the Jogvision is not connected to the amplifier, do you still notice the noise in the headphone ?

Are the Jogvision, the computer and the amplifier connected the same poser outlet (consequently to the same circuit) or to multiple outlets?
