hi,just got my rxm controller, and ive noticed when i me using any of the buttons or cross fader, i get a slight stactic like ,noise ,through speakers, any idea s what this is, please, how can stop it
you could try a ground loop isolator. they are quite cheap
something like this would do you
yes oké but im using de output1-2/4dbu with a minijack and a adapter.
It could be 2 things, you may have a ground loop problem or you may need to increase your Asio buffer (thats if you use Asio mode)
If you are using a laptop then to test for a ground loop problem, try running on the laptops battery for 10 mins. If the noise disappears then you have the ground loop problem, but it is easier sorted.
no am not runnin it on asio mode, ones external usb soundcard for headphones, the other for speakers,is a computer fm receiver, which i use via a jack to get 5-1 sound, its a sound card as well,i dont use it on fm receive mode when ime on the rmx,it pickin up the sound noise of the fader and button s when i move them, this isnt loud, but it there
ive adjusted the latency to a high settin, i think its greatly diminished, its not total gone though, although you wouldnt notice it,if you werent listenin carefully
its still there, dont no what else to do, any ideas
