buongiorno, sono nuovo del forum, saluto tutti gli appassionati di musica e mixaggio, vorrei chiedere se è possibile recuperare il mio vecchio account di virtual dj in quanto avevo inserito il codice della licenza e adesso, dopo aver sostituito il pc e reinstallato il software, andando ad inserire lo stesso codice della licenza (con altro utente in quanto quello precedente lho dimenticato!!!), mi dice: codice già utilizzato. chiedo allamministratore e a voi utenti, se ce un modo per risolvere questo problema. grazie

As it is a VirtualDJ licence, it is handled by virtualDJ staff :
1) if you have access to the email with which you recorded your licence code on VirtualDJ, you can ask the password to VirtualDJ on
http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/cantlogin.html
2) if you have no longer access to this email, you should
a) make a photo of your controller sticker with the serial number, or any other way to prove your ownling the licence number (for example the invoice of the DJ controller)
b) log on VirtualDJ website with your new account,
c) contact the support team on https://www.virtualdj.com/help/ and ask to merge the former account with the new account.
It would be easier if you could complete your profile with your technical information in My Space > My Profile).
