pitch aint working, and only sound from my left speaker

hi,

i recently bought the hercules 4-mx and i installed traktor pro to use it with.
but the pitch wheel is not working, on traktor screen, when i move the pitch knob, i see a light shine but the pitch is not moving (on traktor) so the bpm is neither rising or lowering.

and than i also have a problem with my sound, i tried all possible combinations with the input/output, and my 2-1 set only works as a 1-1 set, its a logitech z623  but 1 speaker isnt working whenever i plugged it into the console, normally when its in the pc it is working.

i hope anyone could help me,
