please help!!! dj control instinct

so i bought one today and i plug in my headphones but no sound comes out. then i plug in my earphones on the output but no sound comes out either. i turned on all volumes to max even on control panel, still no sound. please help

edit: okay so i got the speaker outputs to work but i still cant hear anything on my headphones (theyre actually earbuds) please help
