i am running a hercules dj control instinct, on a laptop with windows 8 and in partnership with djuced 18 (various versions)
the problem:
when i open the open the program and then in turn the library, all of my songs appear. however as soon as i put something into either deck a or b, songs start to disappear when i search them. the file is still there and the library count (the number showing how many files are contained in the library does not decrease, but they are just not in the browser when you search them.
solutions i have tried:
deleting documents>djcued 18 folder
uninstalling and reinstalling djuced
running previous versions of djuced
nothing makes any difference. it is really frustrating, because this problem has suddenly appeared after a year of perfect service....
please help!

I have a question, when i am opening my dj control instinct is wrote there that the application is starting and I HAVE A DEMO VERSION for 30 minutes . Why it is so? Please answered!!
DJUCED will run in demo mode if
a) your controller is not connected or
b) if it is not installed and/or detected properly by the computer.
I will presume you are on a PC, so:
- be sure to install the latest drivers (2014.HDJS.1) from the Support site:

Once done, verify that the DJ Instinct is correctly installed, as described in the following document:

If everything seems in order, then it should also work with DJUCED.
