prelisten / headphones by hercules 4780722 dj control air dont work on traktor 2

hello,

i have just bought a traktor 2 pro licence and have connected it with my dj control air 4780722 and everything works perfectly. however there is a single problem: i cant prelisten with my headphones i connected on the controller. when i try to change it in the settings it is dont even shown in the selections. how can i set up my headphones to traktor?
