problem rmx traktor monterey

hi there,

traktor 3 on mac os monterey has difficulties recognizing my rmx. sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, although my computer always shows its connected. the buttons (play, load on deck...) dont work sometimes but the knobs always do. when the audio output is set on buit-in, i can hear the sound properly but when i switch the audio output on my rmx, the latency makes it unusable.

any help possible?

• Type of USB port, as USB type A, as USB-c port + Apple USB-C to USB adapter MJ1M2ZM 
• DJ software version as Traktor Pro 3.8.046

2) In your message, please precise which mapping of RMX for Traktor you use.
If you use Hercules mapping "Traktor Pro 2 - DJConsole RMX (Traktor Pro 2 v2.68 or +)", please confirm the DJ Console Rmx is set on MIDI channel 1 (if you have a chrome browser, you can check on https://www.midimonitor.com  if the MIDI channel is channel 1). As one may change the MIDI channel of DJ Console Rmx, you must make sure you use the same MIDI channel as the one listed in your mapping.

3) You can set in Traktor Pro 3 the latency you wish for your audio device, including DJ Console Rmx. In Traktor Pro 3 > Settings > Audio Setup > Select DJ Console Rmx as audio device, and set the buffer size = the latency.
