problem rmx windows 8.1

i have updated windows 8.1 driver my hercules rmx, works perfectly on other computers,
but it is not, the console does not recognize me error 43 usb port does not start hercules dj series trayagent,
hercules have the 2014 driver, but the console remains flashing, tested on usb 2.0, 3.0 ... any solution?
