problem with channel-volume changing randomly

héy,

fryday-night i encountered something very bizar, while i was mixing, out of nowhere my left channel volume started going up & down for no reason ( while having my volume fader maxed ).

i tried reinstalling the software & getting the latest firmware.

i persists on both deck a & c so it must be that the volumefader has something wrong

edit : i have 4-mx controller & run windows 7

Test the console as a MIDI controller using the following procedure:

If the problem is also present, there is probabaly a hardware defect with the volume control and the console should be returned to the retailler for a replacement.
