i have a problem with my hercules air...i connect it ,i install the drivers, but when i open djuced the hercules air doesnt work...plz help me..thanks.

Can you provide a bit more information about what exactly doesn't work?
What do you see in Device Manager regarding the DJ AIR components ?
What error messages are indicated (if any)?
What happen during the installation ?
Have you tried installing the latest drivers (2012.HDJS.3) and following the instructions ?
Can you provide your system specifications (maker , model, processor, etc)?
