hola, tengo un portatil nuevo lenovo amd ryzen3 3250u y no consigo instalar mi hercules djcontrol mp3 le, al conectar el usb de la mesa el sistema lo detecta pero el controlador usb sale con un error, código10, y no coge los drivers.
lo he probado con windows 10pro y windows 11 pro, actualizados al máximo y siguiendo las recomendaciones, no leo en ningún sitio que sea incompatible.
el controlador usb del portatil es el último de amd: controlador raiz usb 3.0, controlador de host extensible amd usb 3.10 - 1.10 (microsoft).

as i said, if it is permanently damaged (and you subsequent tests seem to indicate that it is the case) , then there is unfortunately nothing that can be done to revive it as it doesnt contain a firmware that can be reprogrammed. | |

DJControl MP3 e2 and LE are not compatible with AMD USB 3.1 Host or AMD USB 3.2 Host.
If you see in Windows device manager another USB host which is not AMD 3.1 or 3.2, you can look which USB ports are connected to this non AMD host and connect the DJControl MP3 e2 to this other USB port.

Yes, DJControl MP3 LE is compatible with Intel USB host in Windows 10 or 11.
The USB host is not the computer CPU as Intel core i3 CPU, it is the chipset called USB host n Windows Device Manager.
To check it, Windows > Settings > Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers
