problems loading songs

we installed the djuced software under a windows xp pc. the dj control air is connected.
when we start the software, we can scroll through our music library, but can not load a song. in the browser area the length of all the songs is 0.00. when i trie to analyse a song, nothing happens. all the songs in our library are in  wma format.

I believe this was a problem with the first version which should have been corrected.
