problems loading songs in djuced

hi,
recently i got the djcontrol instinct controller which came with djuced software.  the software works great, but the problem im having is that it will only load certain songs in my itunes libary.  all of my songs show up in the list, but when i try to load the ones that i didnt directly download in itunes, they dont show any waveforms.  this is a problem, because a lot of my music is free downloads of top40 tracks and those do not load because i didnt buy them in itunes because they were free.  any input on this issue would be much appreciated thanks!

Can you check the format of these audio files?
I suspect they are only streaming rather than files stored in your hard drive.
