i am facing a problem with my hercules console rmx. i am currently using a mac pro with intel core duo 2.53ghz and 4gb ddr3 ram. i have been using the console for more than 3 years and everything was fine. until one day when i connect it, the computer does not recognise it and none of the leds are blinking. also i receive a message like "one of your usb devices are using too much power and they had to be deactivated". i receive this message even no other device is connected. i also tried to install it in a normal pc but the device cannot be detected. i read the manual (faq section) but none of the proposed actions worked...
i would really appreciate your ideas on my problem.
Do you have the possibility to try it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way ?
From the sound if it, it might be a hardware defect unfortunately.
