i just bought inpulse 300 mk 2.my problem is that my serato wont recognized, i have a computer with windows 11.my version of serato is 2.6.2 if i want to update it to 3.0.0 or higher, my computer has to have avx support which i dont have.the player turns on if i open djuced or virtual dj (demo)
can anybody help?

Hi,
Unfortunately you need Serato 3.0.1 at least, since that's when Serato started supporting the 300 Mk2. It won't work with older versions.

- version of DJ software (for example Serato 3.0.3)
- version of DJ driver (for example. 2023_HDJS_1)
If long as you do not write the name of of your CPU, one cannot answer whether it supports AVX, but most current computer CPUs support AVX, for example all Intel Core i3/i5/i7 and all AMD Ryzen.

What makes you think your computer does not support AVX?
- Did you install Serato 3 version and got an error message? If yes, what was the error message?
- Did you install HWInfo 64-bit and find the AVX is not enabled?
If your CPU is supposed to be AVX compatible but HWInfo does not find see AVX enabled, you may enable AVX as follows:
1 - click on Windows 11 logo on the bottom bar
2 - type CMD in the Search field
3 - Windows will display "Command Prompt App" as Best match: right-click on "Command Prompt"
4 - Select "Run as administrator"
5 - User Account Control pops the warning: "Do you allow this app to make changes to your device? Windows Command Processor", click on Yes.
6) In "Administrator: Command Prompt" black window, type the command
bcdedit/set xsavedisable 0
7) Click on Enter button
8) Windows answers: The operation completed successfully
9) Close "Administrator: Command Prompt" in a click on a the X on the window top right corner.
and re-test with HWInfo 64-bit if AVX is enabled.

Hercules impules 300 mk 2
-I installed Serato 3.0.1 and it didnt finshed the installisation, it was a message that my computer has to have AVX
-i installed HWInfo 64-bit and in the window i saw avx in gray light it wasnt green so i assumed that my CPU doesnt support AVX.

VirtualDJ support Inpulse 300 MK2 since VirtualDJ build 7445, but I do not know whether it uses of not AVX.
