problems with impulse 500 and traktor 3 mapping

hi everyone, im trying to use traktor 3 as my dj software but the mapping from the support website is not working correctly for me. almost everything is working fine except for my play/pause buttons and my monitor cue buttons. ive tried to change the midi mapping manually but they seem to be correct, and when i change them they work but only once and then they stop working again.

any ideas on how to solve this?

I have just tried DJC Inpulse 500 with the Traktor Pro 3 mapping downloaded from support.hercules.com in Traktor Pro 3.8.0.46 and everything works well, Play Pause and Headphones select keys.
