problems with the my party feature in djuced 40

hi i got my hercules universal dj  controler and love it but i am having issues with the my party feature in djuced 40 i can create a play list but when i try to upload it i keep getting an error message about a server i have no clue what this means so i was wondering if someone could help i am using a hercules universal dj controler and my computer is windows 10 if thats any help thanks in advance  for your help
