hi guys , i have this in my mind and want to understand exactly for what is use the button "beat lock" for. can someone explain i will appreciate any help

In VirtualDJ, the Rmx Beat lock button is used to control the Master Tempo, so it is not related to Scratch:
- when the Beat Lock button is not lit, you change the tempo and the tone of the music when you move the pitch fader,
- when the Beat Lock button is lit, you activate the master tempo which means that when you move the pitch fader, you change the tempo without changing the music tone.
