what software would people reccomend to use with dj control instinct? seeing as djuiced doesnt even work properly. any help is aperciated.

Thats a matter of personal taste.
Some prefer Virtual DJ, others prefer Serato or Traktor.
There are a bunch of Dj mixing software available like Sam4, some even use Winamp to mix.
It's all a matter of taste.
I'd say for a newbee, start with VDJ and practise a couple years with it before stepping over to the professional Dj Software.
In most cases when you bought a Hercules mixer, VDJ is in the package.
