can somebody, anybody send me the pdf document to reset my hercules rmx firmware as the helpline keep sending me emails in german with links to their website and no pdf document. tia

2) Please precise whether you are in XP, Vista or Mac OS.
3) If you get german messages fromHercules helpdesk, you should check your registration on Hercules tech support help desk, which probably states your language is German ( http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=creg_1 ).

I just register here to be able to get access to this Forum pages.
I have the same problem. I tried to update the drivers for the Hercules RMX on my mac, and at the end of the install process I was asked to update the firmware which I tried to do following their steps.
Now, my rmx buttons are all Flashing and the RMX is not longer recognized on my mac.

Mine just did it to me...is there an official PDF? What I did was found what looks like an ON/OFF button and held it down during the firmware upgrade, on mac os. It seemed to work...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm running Vista with the hercules rmx. I'm in dire need of the firmware reset manual but for some reason tech support is taking days to respond.

Never post your email address on the public pages of any public forum, or you will be spammed.
To ecxhange files with other members of the forum:
1/ identify with the messages already posted, who, on the forum has the files you want
2/ send an invitation to this member, to exchange private messages with this member: on the red bar on top, click on members, then search the member by his nickname, and once you find him, add him to your friends
3/ Once this member receives your invitation, he can accept it or refuse it, and accepting the invitation make him able to read your messages
4/ send him a message explaining which pdf file you look for, and mention your email address.

We cannot post a pdf file on the forum, pdf files are sent by email.
If you have read the other messages, you have read that, to email a pdf file, the process is as follow:
- you ask to the person with whom you want to exchange private messages to accept you among his/her friends
(click on Members > select who you want to communicate with, and click on "Add to my friends")
- then, once this member of the forum has accepted your invitation, you send him/her a message in which you write that you need the pdf explaining how to flash manually the console, you precise which console you have (is it the Rmx?), and what is your operating system (is it XP, Vista, Mac OS 10.4 or Mac OS 10.5).
