i have managed to bring up the firmware updater window, however nothing is in the info drop down menu box and everything is grayed out, and it also asks me to re-install the drivers as the ones i have are older than expected, but i cant do that cos the firmwares faulty and and windows has to see the device in order to install the drivers??????

im having the same problems!!! i moved it to windows, bought virtual dj ( which it turns out i like it ) still having some problems: can you send me the pdf as well...i have requested you as a friend!!!!
