hi
im having trouble getting my retina macbook pro (usb 3.0 ports) and my rmx to talk to each other. i have tried downloading the software (4.69) and installing the rmx the "usual" way where you have 59 seconds to hook up your device. i have also tried the manual updater using the help manual and following the procedure where you do not hook up your device. no dice on either. the manual update seems to recognize the rmx but the "flash" doesnt work. the "current" column doesnt have "boot" in one of the sections and when flashing the device i get "bulk transfer to the device failed during tusb update." ive linked to some screenshots below in hopes to explain what im talking about.
otherwise, my rmx works just fine with the same cord on my other mac with usb 2.0 ports. ive tried both.

edit: more info: there are 2 usb ports. one puts out 900a and the other 500a.
