rmx 2 not working, help!

i got an rmx 2 and it doesnt work on my pc. it reads it as a sounds card and thats it. i have tried the controller on my laptop and it works perfectly! what is the matter, does anyone know how to fix this?

- Give us the technical specifications of your computer (Windows version, processor speed, memory, etc)

- Did you install the latest drivers from the support site (2013.HDJS.2)?

- Does it appear to be installed properly ?
