hello, i have an rmx 2 console and iam trying to set up my crossfader for scratching but not getting response from crossfader..it works fine for everything else but not for scratching.i have set up all the configurations for it but no luck.. dont know if its something wrong with crossafder its self or if iam doing something wrong?? also i have already unnistalled vdj and reinstalled it ..i need help!!
Could you be a little more specific about what exactly you are trying to achieve?
When you say you have setup all the configuration, do you mean that you have made changes to the crossfader behavior in the Rmx2 control panel or in VDJ (or both)?
Yes I Have made changes to crossfader behavior on both.. Here is the setup changes that I made...
RMX 2 CONFIGURATION WINDOW::
Crossfader=( Scratch Curve)
VDJ Options window:
Crossfader=Scratch
Jog mode = Vinyl
Jog Sensitivity(Scratch)=201.6%
Jog Sensitivity (Cue)=110.6%
Jog Sensitivity (Bend)=110.3%
VDJ Performance Window
Latency = (128 2ms)
Scratch = optimize for quality
master tempo= pure scratch

The crossfader not working I'm trying to use it for my scratching like if i was using vinyl turntables.. but with the jogwheels.. Crossfader works for mixing exc.. But not getting it to work for scratching..

Hello,
I suggest
- you keep the crossfader on "Beatmix curve" in DJConsole Rmx2 control panel,
- you set it on "scratch curve" on VirtualDJ option window.
