hi all!
i just received my hercules rmx the other day, it works fine with the vdj, but ive been using traktor 3 before and i would like to keep using it.
ive been having problems with the sound, when i use hercules soundcard i have this high pitched and cracking sound, and it comes from the headphones and speakers.
when i use my laptops soundcard, it works normaly, but the headphones dont work with the speakers, so sound comming only from the speakers
has anybody any advise? when i try to change the audio output there is only 2 possibilities my left speaker and my right speaker, not 4 options like ive read from other forums...
i would appreciate any help! thanks!!!

the following file from the hercules support site contains a guide explaining how to configure the rmx soundcard with traktor 3.

it also includes a tks file to use the controller part of the rmx.
thanks man! i have to admit that i had that same file, but kind a skipped that part and went straight to the hotkey section... well it works now.. and loving it!! good work and thanks for the quick reply!!!
