i have been using rmx with pro 2.5 and have just purchased traktor kontrol s4 which came with pro 2.6
i have uninstalled both previous traktor and hercules files . the s4 is working fine with pro 2.6, i have installed latest driver from hercules site and pro2 map. the rmx works fine with the vdj ssoftware. i cannot get anything at all from rmx with traktor 2.6 i have gone through importing map and followed the usual procedures, i notice when the configuration options are shown when importing map , that only 2 of the 4 items show to tick are not ticked this includes the midi controller tic box. which is in ticked and greyed out so unable to tick ?
i have tried re downloading map and re importing several times, but each time there is no responds from any controls on rmx
i am using macbook pro with latest version of lion os

Can you confirm you use the preset for Traktor Pro / Duo 2 here?
On my side, everything seems to work.
I unzip the file.
I open Traktor Pro 2.6.3
In Files > Controller Manager, I click on Import.
I import the TSI file DJ_Rmx_TP2_v212.tsi
Then I confirm the categories in which Traktor Pro 2 proposese to import the file
Then I set Rmx as MIDI device for In port
and for Out port
and I make sure Rmx ASIO is the sound card the Audio setup, and everything is OK.
I cannot control the remix decks, but I can control the standard decks.
