hardly used my rmx console and its stopped working after 4 days of purchase.
was simply playing a track in the le version of vdj it came with and lights flickered and it has now stopped working all together on all of my computers.
i was using my desktop at the time windows xp since tried it on my laptop windows 7 with no sucess.
tried reinstalling drivers/playing around with the device manager and havent been sucessful. the macine is completely dead all that lights up on plug in is the mic on/off button.
seriously dissapointed nothings been straight forward since i purchased it. is there anyway to solve this issue other than sending it back for a refund/exchange?

I suggest you call Hercules hot line (08450800942 in the UK) for the tech support team to check with you if it can be a firmware issue (in reflashing the controller).
If they find it is a hardware issue, then you should bring the Rmx back to the store for an exchange.
