i am using a toshiba satellite l505-13n and i have a big problem...when i plug the usb of the rmx onsole on my pc its says that windows can not recognise it...i really dont know what i am going to do in order to fix it....my laptop is using windows 7 64 bit and also intel core i5 ...
please help me.....if a dont fix it i can not work as a dj.....

first of, before connecting the rxm to the computer, you did instal the drivers, correct ?
have you tried the latest version (2010.hdjs.2) ?

which of the components seems to be the cause of the problem (i.e. which one in the following document is not installed correctly and shows a yellow "!") ?

if you double-click on it, what is the error message given ?
when i plug the console it says that windows cant not recognised the device.....error code 43
do the rmx leds keep flashing at this point ?
