i just bought the rmx. it looks like everything between the hardware and vdj is responding. except for the jog wheels and play/cue buttons. all the other controls (volume, faders, navigation controls etc.) seem to work. but i cannot get a song to play or control it with the jog wheels. thoughts?
Can you provide more information about your setup (PC or MAC, OS version, VDJ version used, etc)?
Have you verified that the jog wheel are not disabled in the DJ Control panel ?
I'm using MAC OSx 10.5. and VDJ V5.2.2. And I did check the control panel. It was enabled.
As I expected.
When using VDJ, be sure that the Rmx is NOT the selected sound Ouput device in System Preferences > Sound >Output (select the MAC internal soundcard).

oh and I forgot to mention that there is an error message appearing saying the asio driver is not detected or something like that - i've uninstalled and re-installed the drivers and VDJ - still the same problem, i'm not using a usb hub (seen a similar issue with this) so no idea what to try next
please help
