have ibook g4, all my music on itunes, have bought an hercules dj console rmx, downloaded a driver which seems to be working for the controller, what do i do now???????
I'll presume you've bought the Rmx used?
In this case, I would recommand using Mixxx ( http://mixxx.org/download/), a free DJ software that supports the DJ Console Rmx, and that should work on this older computer (be sure to install the "PPC" (Power PC) version).

What is your Mac OS version, your G4 speed and your amount of RAM?
The following old software version are compatible with G4 (but operating on your computer depends on your G4 speed and RAM and Operating system):
- VirtualDJ 5 LE (included with DJConsole Rmx)
- Traktor DJ Studio 2 and 3 (presets for Rmx are on Hercules Tech Support website) - Be careful, it is not today's Traktor Pro
- DJ-1800 without pitch lock.
