rmx operating temperatures

anybody know the minimum on the rmx. seems my dell xfr goes down to -20f, damn military spec. no excuses on that front 🙁

i cant says much testing was done regarding the minimum operating temperature...and usually, dj boots tend to go on the hot side rather than sub-zero environments.  

do you have a gig coming out at the south pole soon ? 😉

luckily no, not playing any sub-freezing gigs soon. mardi gras in st louis is supposed to be sub 40 though. my denon equipment and external drives all say 41 degrees. gonna be a small setup (and sound is being provided by the venue).

log in and go the to the "my space" tab

once in you will see another tab "my profile" and enter your details there laughing

between 41 and 95 °f ( 5 to 35 °c for those of us using the metric system) is usually the standard range for operating consumer electronic devices.

the biggest thing you have to worry about is the humidity. condensation can do a lot of damages, so dont leave the equipment in the case too long after youre done, bring it back to room temperature, and use a cool hair dryer to finish the job if humidity is really high that day.
