hello!
i just got my rmx fwe days ago and i installed new drivers and vdj lite. everything worked fine.
then i upgraded vdj lite -->vdj pro basic and installed it. now the problem is that, i can play on few songs and then
rmx shuts down and doesnt respond anything.. no volyme, fader.. it just shuts down.
there is nothing i can do then with rmx.
i have tryed uninstall drivers and vdj and install them again, but there is still same problem?
computer which i have is sony vaio (6months old) with win 7.
as mentionned on the web page and comparison chart, vdj pro basic does not support hardware controllers beside the mouse and keyboard:

it will however let you use one for 10 min at launch, but indeed once this period is over, only the mouse and keyboard will work.
only vdj pro full will let you use a controller.

now, do i have to pay full price if i want to upgrade basic-->pro full ???
contact them and explain your problem. im sure youre not the first one to make this mistake.
working for vdj i can tell you that with any controller you purchase you receive a discount. so if you have vdj le and you upgrade to the pro version. depending on the controller you recieve a discount. i know with the rmx when you upgrade to pro you pay 150.00 usd, instead of 300, so you get it for 50% off the regular price. also if you paid for the pro and downloaded the wrong one. there should of been an email sent to u to where u can download vdj 7 pro if not log into vdj and click on your account and download. if that doesnt help i suggest calling them like dj phatso said.
also read your question wrong as well. if you upgraded from le to basic. you would have to pay for pro. im not sure how much it will be but the site should tell you.

Also Read your question Wrong as well. If you upgraded from LE to Basic. You Would have to Pay for PRO. Im Not Sure How Much It will be But the Site should tell you.
