i have an rmx that was purchased in may. i am using a macbook pro running snow leopard and virtual dj 6. everything was working fine when i had stuff set up at my house. i brought it to a bar to play the other night and it was working fine. i tried to use it again the next day and the sound was bad. now it is not working at all. i get a notification about the sound card when i open vdj. all of the buttons seems to function fine but i cant get any sound. in my monitors or headphones. i tried reinstalling all of the software. hercules and vdj. my inputs are set to none, output: headphones, sound card hercules. any help would be great. i emailed hercules and havent gotten a response yet.

1) Can you check if, in keeping the MacBook Pro internal sound card as default sound card in MacBook preferences, you still have this issue ?
I remember meeting such conflict in VirtualDJ 5 and 6 when the Rmx was set as default sound card for the Mac, and getting no conflict issue in VirtualDJ with Rmx as sound card if the MacBook internal sound card was restored as default sound card in Mac preferences.
2) What is your version of Rmx drivers? You can download the last Rmx drivers here.
3) Why do you use VirtualDJ 6 Pro instead of VirtualDJ 7 Pro?
Registering a VirtualDJ 6 Pro license lets you download for free VirtualDJ 7 Pro here, which is MUCH better than VirtualDJ 6 in Mac OS?
