hi i have just purchased a second hand rmx mk1 console from ebay.
im running virtual dj ver 7.0 pro...the problem im having is on left hand deck when i hit the play button it kills the bass on right hand deck, it also plays as it should. noticed that if i hold it down bass will come back on deck two. tried playing around with mapping i.e asigning it as a cue button but still same thing is happening.
its only a problem when console conected it works fine without
also similar problem with cue select on right hand side as well as selecting it skips track back. again mapping is ok and other cue select works as it should
just hoping someone may have anything i could try as i have been playing around with it for hours now and its very fustrating! anyone had this problem or could say if its hardware or software problem?

Test it out using the following procedure:

This will help to determine if indeed there is a hardware problem (such as internal bad contact) that makes that multiple buttons are being "pressed" as one is actually being used.
As for VDJ, you might want to update to the latest version (v7.4).
