about a day ago after a small gig, my deck b fader (not crossfader) started to malfunction. when adjusted physically to the maximum level, all my dj software (traktor pro 2, virtual dj 7, and djuced) will only read it as half-way to capacity. it will however go all the way to the minimum level when adjusted accordingly. this leads me to believe that this problem is either with the interface to the computer or the physical console itself.
does anybody have any suggestions or has experienced the same problem? thanks.
Can confirm the problem is persistant outside of DJ softwares using the following procedure?

If this is the case and there is a hadware malfunction with your controller, please see your retailler or contact technical support to obtain a replacement unit.
