rmx2 does not work with virtual dj pro full

i just bought a rmx2. i also have a virtual dj pro full. however, the controls on the new rmx2 do not control the controls on the pc screen. correct me if im wrong, but dont the virtual dj pro full controls all the latest software????
can anybody help me out with this one???

Indeed, the Rmx2 is natively supported by the latest version of VDJ 7 Pro Full (currently v7.4.2) and of course VDJ 8.

Is the Rmx2 visible in the MAPPER tab of the configuration menu ?

If you do already have the latest version, then you might want to make sure the Rmx2 is correctly installed and enumerated by the computer, as described in these documents:
