hello,
when i got my hercules 500 controller everything was working as suposed to.
recently the sampler on both sides and bottom 4 hot cues on both sides stopped doing anything when pressed.
is there a way to reset the contoller back to how it was so i can use all 8 hot cues and air horn samplers ect?
i use djuiced, hercules impuls 500, dell inspiration 14

Welcome to the forum.
Which sample packs are loaded on decks 3 & 4 in Djuced?
Reading the name of the sample packs requires to display a 2 decks + 2 samplers theme (on top left).
You can select a sample pack in Library > Sampler > Samples packs, and then load it on deck 3 or 4.
You can download additional sample packs for free from https://www.djuced.com/sample-packs/
There are 4 horn samples
- Air Horn samples as 2 and 3 of in "Shots and Beats" sample pack,
- Horns and Horns2 as samples 11 and 15 of "Hip Hop" sample pack.
Djuced sample packs contents goes up to 16 samples, so to control them on 8 pads you can switch between the first 8 samples and the last 8 samples of the pack with a long press SHIFT+SAMPLER. A guide to use the sample pack is here.
