i just bought the dj console rmx with the virtualdj 5 dj software, im still new to this. my question is how can i change the skin and get different sound effects? do i have to upgrade to the pro version to be able to do this? thank you for your help..

hello mad stylez,
1) you need virtualdj pro to change the skin: with virtualdj 5.2.2 djc, you can just use the skin installed with the software.
2) the sound effects available in virtualdj 5 djc are :
- loops (loop in / loop out)
- sampler (1 sample per deck)
- backspin
- beatgrid
- brake
- flanger
- flipping double
- overloop
if you look for more effects, you need the pro version.
