why is it with my rmx, everytime i cue a new song, the levels seem to be lower and i have to touch the gain for that deck and then the levels go back to norm... does anyone know why that happens?

are you using virtual dj?
by default, the software is using a fonction called auto gain, which i think set the level to o db the first time a song is loaded, then should remember the gain settings you applied afterward.
unfotunately, it is not possible to change this setting in the djc edition.
