steel control not responding

hi

my steel controllers right jog wheel not responding to virtual dj.just play half of a party.its spinnig normally and all other buttons are also work fine.but its nothing happand for the right jog wheel.i tryed the main panel enable and disable but still got the problem.help me.i bought it from usa.im in sri lanka.

do u have vdj pro, if so go into the settings and enable it again. also if that doesnt work update your drivers and try a re install of vdj

can you verify that the jog wheel works outside of vdj using the following procedure:

thanks for that great software.but sir right jog wheel not working.nothing happaning in the software.
for all other buttons its gives a report.but not for right jog wheel.

if you look underneath the unit, you will notice 2 holes right beneath the jog wheels. inside youll find a screw, which allow you to adjust the tension of the wheel.

have you ever tried playing with that screw, maybe gettig it too loose, so that the wheel isnt actually being seen by the sensors ?

Thanks For That Great Software.But Sir Right Jog Wheel Not Working.Nothing Happaning In The Software.
