hey, i am having a problem when using time code vinyl. i am using a macbook, and this happens with both my rmx and trim. when i first turn on the vinyl i have  a great signal usually at 100. but after a while, i lose the signal. it drops to somewhere between 3 and 30%.  and at that point the vinyl is usless as the signal is to bad and i have horrible control. can anyone tell me what may be causing this? ive got new vinyl and everything but it keeps doing this.

hello,

please precise
- which vinyl disc you use (virtualdj or serato)
- how much time it takes to lose the signal (as 5 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours ?)
- if you have disabled the wifi & bluetooth on your macbook.

you should really complete your profile here with your complete computer profile (mac os version, dj console drivers, virtualdj version: we always need the same technical information for any technical problem)

hello epic,

can you check once virtualdj has stopped operating properly, in your rmx or deejay trim control panel, that the input mode is unchanged (phono or line, depending on your setting)?
is your turntable operating in phono or in line level?

hello epic,

i suppose you are chandrez on virtualdj forum.
can you confirm that
- except the vinyl control the audio playback it still ok when the vinyl control comes down?
- if you restart virtualdj everything is smooth again?

as another user has met the same issue with vdj 7.02 while it was ok with vdj 6, can you test if you have the same issue:
- with virtualdj 6 pro
- with virtualdj 7.0.3 pro?
