dear friends,
ik installed tracktor v2, and combine it with the hercules mp3 e2.
i downloaded different versions of .tsi files. the hercules seems to work. but i have only one issue. the crossfader and the volume buttons (a-deck and b-deck, above the crossfader) seems not to work.
is it an loudspeaker configuration issue? i configured it to 2 speakers (0 an 1) ?
i also try the key learn option and it seems to work fine, but after saving the configuration and going back to tractor it doesnt do anything :-s
where did it went wrong?

I suppose Traktor mixing mode is set on External, instead of internal: please check Preferences > Output Routing > Mixing Mode setting.
PS: You should think of providing more details in your profile (My Space > My Profile > Describe your equipment)
- Traktor Pro 2 version: 2.12, 2.13, 2.14.... : you may meet issues related to the Traktor Pro version you use.
- your environment: are you on PC or Mac, which operating system.
